Walls were scrubbed with tsp and painted, carpet and padding replaced. When it gets warm or the heat or ac are running we smell stale cigarette smell and our eyes burn and we get a headache. How do you rid the tar/nicotine from the Heating and AC vents? Do high level Ozone machines work? Vamoose product claims it works. Help...
