IMPORTANT NEWS for those who recently quit smoking…

Here’s the Fastest and Easiest Way to Clean Your Lungs of the Poisonous Tar and Dangerous Toxin Build-Up That Could Eventually Lead to Premature Lung Disease, Cancer, or Even Death!

Why you need to quit smoking and detox your lungs!

Could it really be THIS easy to cleanse your lungs of toxic build-up and quickly reverse the damage that's been done... so you can live longer and healthier as a result?

The answer is “Yes” and right below, I'll show you the exact steps and specific directions that I guarantee can help you detox your lungs so you can live a happier, healthier, and more productive and active life!

From: Mark Freeman

Dear friend,

If you recently quit smoking and you’d like to reverse the damage that's been done to your lungs, then this will be one of the most important letters you’ll ever read.

Here’s why.

My name is Mark Freeman and I’m a health researcher and consultant here in Australia.

My partner, William Reynolds, and I got into the field of health research because we both got FED UP with all the pharmaceutical companies that are out JUST to make money… instead of actually helping people get better.

We both swore we'd do whatever we could to help people end their health problems safely, effectively, and naturally.

With backgrounds in biology and studies in natural remedies, alternative health, and both Eastern and Western medicine... we both have extensive training in natural healing methods.

And We Can Help Get Your Lungs Healthy Again

We're both HUGELY disappointed with all the multi-billion dollar tobacco and cigarette companies that continue to pump out their deadly, poison-laced products... all while continuing to reap giant profits!

We’ve both seen friends, family members, and other loved ones become sick and even die because of lung diseases such as cancer, emphysema and other illnesses caused by smoking.

Over the last few years of research, we've discovered some quick, easy, and natural techniques that ex-smokers can use to clean out the toxins and poisons that have collected in the lungs from all those years of smoking.

Yes, this means that you can actually start to reverse the damage smoking has caused, save money on medical costs, get back your healthy lungs, start breathing a lot easier, and live a longer and more quality life!

Over the last several years, we’ve helped thousands of ex-smokers to thoroughly cleanse their lungs… easily, quickly, inexpensively...and permanently.

And Now, We’d Like to Show You How To Do it Too!

But before we show you our methods, I wanted to ask you a couple of quick questions…

Do you want a solution for both detoxing your lungs that’s quick and easy to follow... yet extremely powerful and productive?

Do you feel like your life would be better if your lungs were cleaner and healthier, and you could breathe a lot easier?

If you answered "Yes" to any or all of these questions... then keep reading because you’re about to learn the simple yet powerful breakthrough we discovered that helps to reverse the damage that years of smoking has caused on your lungs.

Now, I know you're probably skeptical.  I'm sure a part of you is thinking that a complete reversal of your smokers lungs back to being healthy... AND a complete elimination of cravings for cigarettes sounds a little too good to be true right?

And believe me; I completely understand why you feel that way.

That’s why I’m going to share some real-life success stories from people just like you... because I want to prove that this system is successful and unlike anything else out there.

You'll See Some of Their Amazing Stories Below...

What's more... you can clean out your lungs in weeks… and NOT years like it would normally take your body to detox your lungs WITHOUT these tips.

These proven techniques will let you live a life without the discomfort, pain, and irritation that can come from dealing with lung problems or other health issues caused by years of smoking.

Because the truth is… if you haven’t detoxed and cleaned out your lungs… you’re taking many, many years off your life.

I’m not saying that to be overly dramatic or to scare you, it’s been proven by the medical community.

And the huge cigarette companies are aware of the dangers as well, which is why they actually post these warnings right on their product!

Bottom line, cigarettes contain some of the most dangerous and toxic poisons there are.  In fact, they’re actually a mixture of terrible poisons such as cyanide,  Acetone that’s used in paint strippers, and toxins such as Nitrosamine that have been shown to cause cancer!

And the black tar that ends up coating the inside of your lungs is nothing more than poison that's literally choking the life out of you and stopping your body from working properly.
In fact…

  1. Air sacs called alveoli are destroyed by a combination of tar, heat and smoke which leads to the extremely debilitating condition emphysema.
  2. Tar and mucus accumulate in your wind pipes leading to coughing, infection and bronchitis.
  3. The chemicals in cigarettes and tar enter your blood stream… causing the walls of arteries to become sticky. This collects fats and cholesterol which blocks blood supply and can lead to strokes and heart attacks
  4. Tar paralyzes and destroys small hairs in your airways (cilia) that are essential in cleaning your lungs

The truth is, if you’ve been a smoker for just about any length of time… then chances are, your lungs are filled with black sticky tar...

That's Taking Years Off Your Life and Life Off Your Years!

The picture you see above on the right could realistically look like YOUR lungs!

That layer of toxic filth that blackens your lungs is responsible for cancers, emphysema, bronchitis and other respiratory illnesses that can shorten your life span by 10 years or more.

Not only does this black sticky tar make it harder for you to breath during the activities you enjoy… this toxic build-up can create medical problems and quality of life issues for you and your family.

I’m sure you don’t want to miss seeing your kids or grand kids grow up, right?

I mean, who wants to miss the important moments in life?

I’m sure you’d like to be able to breathe easier, have more energy, and be able to do all the activities you like to do?

Well, damaged lungs that are full of toxic poisons can be one of the fastest ways for you to end up in the hospital.

I Should Know, I’ve Seen it First-Hand!

I know for a fact that it’s NOT a fun experience to be hooked up to a bunch of machines in a hospital room, gasping for breath like a fish out of water.

Can you imagine how terrible it would be to “live” while hooked up to a breathing-machine that’s barely keeping you alive.

Believe me, that’s simply no way to live.  And it's no way for your family to see you.

Now, this isn’t some horror story that you’d see in a movie. This is as real as it gets.

Like I said, I know it from personal experience how frustrating it can be to see a loved one live in constant pain from health problems caused by smoking.

It caused me a lot of stress, worry, and frustration and left me feeling helpless.

My Own Personal Experience with Smoking…

I vividly remember when my uncle Greg passed away due to complications caused from years of smoking.
His family had to make the difficult decision to either keep him on artificial respirators… or mercifully pull the plug.

I remember seeing him just lying there in a hospital bed, his face covered by a breathing apparatus.
The doctors told us that his entire body was shutting down fast.  They said that one of the main problems was the blackened tar-filled lungs was causing his emphysema.

Because of this, he no longer had the capability to give his body enough oxygen to function properly and fight off additional diseases.

Greg's lifestyle of excessive cigarette smoking had finally caught up with him.  And it left him with months of surgery and painful treatments and his family with a huge pile of medical bills.

Doctors told us that if he had quit smoking and cleaned his lungs of tar and toxins a few years earlier… this might have been avoided.

And he most likely would have had a few more years to watch his two sons grow into the successful men they had become.

But Instead, He Was Dead at Only 56…

My uncle Greg was a regular, normal, average person. He was an “everyday” guy… and is just like you and I.
And the truth is, my uncle’s death made me want to learn how other people could avoid this same fate.

I know what it feels like to be emotionally drained from worrying about someone in your family dying because of health complications due to smoking.

Because of that... I spent years studying and researching the effects of cigarettes and how to cleanse the lungs of all the toxins and poisons and reverse the damage done.

From all the research reports and medical journals I read on smoking over the years... I learned many strategies you can use to clean your lungs of toxins and poisons, and reverse the damage that smoking caused.

Why You Still Need this Program Even If You Quit…

First of all, if you’ve recently quit smoking, congrats! Quitting smoking is the best thing you can do for your health and for your family.

But you still have years of toxic build up that you need to get rid of if you want to be at your healthiest and you want to breathe as easy as possible.

That black stuff you cough up is the tar and poisons from cigarette smoke that’s been accumulating over the years.

Once you get rid of all the tar, poison, and toxic build up in your lungs… you’ll start to be healthier all around.

No more getting colds or sickness as easy. You’ll be able to clear up infections faster, your body will be able to recover quicker and fight off illness a lot easier.

So just remember... even after you quit smoking… your lungs still have the chemicals trapped inside of them that can cause cancer and other issues.

And it’s important to clean out all that stuff inside your lungs that can still cause lung cancer.

That’s Where this Program Comes In…

My techniques will help remove all the tar, poisons, and other carcinogens from your lungs very quickly… getting your lungs healthy again, so you can breathe easy.

The good news is… once you get rid of all the tar and toxins from your lungs using the methods listed in the guide, you’ll be able to breathe easier and reduce chances of cancer, infections, bronchitis and other throat and lung disorders.

Now, even IF you quit smoking right now; it can take over 10 years for your body to clean your lungs of the harmful chemicals and tar in your lungs.

It's true!  A very heavy smoker might take 10 to 15 years to get rid of all the tar and toxins from the lungs.

A light smoker might only need 7 to 10 years.

But the great news is… with the techniques you’ll learn in this guide, you can speed up the lung-cleaning process from 10 years... down to a few short weeks!

Hi Russ,

This is a combination of a number of methods into a complete program. It involves some herbal supplements and vitamins supplements yes, but that is not the entirety of it. There are other alternative therapies listed and a large portion involving training your mind to help fight against lung tar and toxins which might sound strange but really works!

A dear friend of mine has a serious addiction to cigarette smoking, (believe it or not he is a medical doctor) not only he coughs, he is also short of breath, his voice cracks, and he has to use oxygen at night to help him breath. I'm very concerned about his health, is it too late for him to use this detox method? Also I like to know if this is offered in Spanish. Thanks.

Hi Liliana,

I have seen many cases of medical professionals smoking despite full knowledge of the dangers which shows just how bad the physical and psychological addiction to cigarettes can be.

It is never too late to improve the health of your lungs also. However if he has emphysema (which it sounds like he does), nothing can cure of fix that. This is permanent damage that no science or alternative therapy can fix.

The good news is that if he does get rid of all the tar and toxins from his lungs using the methods listed in the guide, it will help him breathe a lot better and will greatly reduce complications later in life. He may never get 100% health of his lungs again - but if he acts now he will be able to breath easier and reduce chances of cancer, infections, bronchitis and other throat and lung disorders.

At the moment we do not offer a Spanish translation, however we may look into this in the future.

I am 37 years old and smoked a pack a day for 22 years, but after losing my dad 6 yrs ago, then finding out my friend was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer to at 37 (she is 38 now) I have been SMOKE FREE OF CIGARETTES FOR A LITTLE OVER 9 MONTHS but I still can get out of breath. Also I do notice when I cough or am brushing my teeth, I'll spit up a bunch of black junk (is that the tar on my lungs?)

Would I still need this detox stuff and also after 9 months of NOT smoking, is there any changes at all in the lungs or is that permanant?

Hi Shannon,

It can take over a decade to be completely free of the harmful chemicals and tar in your lungs. Quitting smoking is the best thing you have every done for your health - but the next step is to clean out all that stuff inside your lungs that can still cause lung cancer.

That black stuff you cough up is the tar we talk about. It is the leftovers from cigarette smoke that has been accumulating over decades. The stuff you are coughing up is the easy to remove stuff - but there is much, MUCH more inside of your lungs that needs to go.

9 months of not smoking will have made a difference, but only to the easy to dislodge parts. You will need to take more actions to remove all the other carcinogens from your system. This is what our guide is all about.

Its funny I quit after 46 years being a smoker w/o any pogram just i quit one day that's all, I was and I'M in perfect health shape so as you say here I should be death by now after my 46 years smoking. Smoke can cause some problems to some peoples but no to everybody and antismokers use lies to scared smokers, why lie; lung cancer can get smokers and non-smokers it's just you body, there is not proof about smoke produce cancer so stop tryn to get your money from smokers. LOL publish this in your web site IT'S THE TRUE.

You are entitled to your opinion Miguel,

You are also entitled to contract some nasty lung disease in a few years - and you probably will.

You also have obviously not understood or even read any of the huge amounts of scientific data that has shown that smokers are much more likely to get lung cancer and many other life threatening problems due to their habit. There IS proof that smoking causes cancer.

We understand that denial is a very strong emotion though. But if you are so pro-smoking I wonder why you decided to quit...

Also - if you wish to argue a point, you might want to check your grammar, spelling, and general attitude if you wish to be taken seriously.

March 7th, 2011 - 04:22

Hi Andrew,

The guide is delivered entirely digitally. You will need to download the main guides and other bonus documents to your computer. You will then be able to read them or print them on screen, or print them out from your printer locally.

We do not have the capability at this stage to produce a physical product, and this way as soon as you purchase the guide you get immediate access to download the book and start reading within minutes.

I quit smoking 2/17/2005, my question is, do I need to detoxify my lungs since its been so long? As I am getting older, it is something I think about aften.

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
March 18th, 2011 - 21:11

Hi Georgia,

It is always good to be thinking about your health, especially if you have been a smoker. Your lungs after 6 years have probably done quite a lot of cleansing on their own, but depending on how heavily you smoked before you quit there might be a ways to go.

A very heavy smoker might take 10-15 years to get rid of all the tar and toxins from the lungs which a light smoker might only require 7-10 years. It does take time as you can see and it never hurts to pay extra attention to make sure it gets as cleansed as possible.

Hi Leah,

We do not sell any physical kit or pills or anything like that, we will supply you with all the information, instruction, and guidance you need to detox your lungs in the form of a set of downloadable ebooks and forms.

The total package includes 4 booklets dealing with each important part of the holistic healing process, as well as numerous worksheets, planning guides and of course links to where you can purchase any additional supplements you need to use, or choose to sue if they are optional.

No single element can truly repair your lungs from the damage of smoking, but combining all elements that we list in detail accelerates the healing phenomenally!

I would not classify myself as a 'smoker' as I do not smoke on a regular basis. I have started smoking socially. Within 2 months I've consumed on average 20 cigarettes (yes, I've kept a record which is sad I know) and I've suddenly realised that what I'm doing is wrong. When I was younger I always despised cigarettes and now suddenly I'm the one becoming addicted bit by bit. Perhaps it's because I'm stressed.

I want to stop myself before I get into a terrible habit. I've started doing Yoga recently which is naturally putting me off cigarettes. Would it be worth me purchasing the lung detoxification program seeing as my case isn't very severe?

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
May 19th, 2011 - 04:54

Hi Macy,

Since you have only been smoking for 2 months there would not be a massive amount of damage yet, however it will have left a film of tar left and some toxins kicking around in your lungs. If you quit now you will probably not suffer any major long term problems.

However, if you are having trouble quitting and dealing with stress then our guide deals with those specific issues, so you will get a lot out of those sections AND the information to quickly cleanse your lungs on top of that!

I have been an on and off smoker for the past 4 years.  I am 29 years old.  I was mostly a social smoker, rarely, if ever bought packs.  However, there have been a handful of nights where I went through 1/2 a pack of cigarettes if I was drinking.  In 2008 I quit for four months.  Now I have quit for health insurance purposes, but I have never had my lungs scanned, nor my throat or mouth checked for cancer.  I am fearful that I have contracted lung cancer, throat cancer, mouth cancer, or emphezema.  I can still run 2-3 miles fairly easily, but occasionally on some days, I cannot stop burping.  It is involuntary.  Whether this is connected to throat cancer, i do not know.  In 90 days, I plan to get inspected when my insurance kicks in.

Am I screwed as far as contracting one of these deadly diseases?  Please let me know, thanks.

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
May 31st, 2011 - 05:32

Hi Johnny,

First of all, congratulations for quitting smoking! That is one of the best things you will ever do for your health as every cigarette you do not smoke is making a remarkable difference to your health, long term and short term.

In regards to your respiratory health, every cigarette you smoke has a chance of causing respiratory diseases, and the longer you smoke the more chance there is of contracting cancer and other lung and throat diseases and conditions. This chance of a single smoke causing you a deadly disease is very small, but even on entry in the lottery can win, and the more you smoke, the more likely it becomes.

Even after you quit smoking your lungs still have the chemicals trapped inside of them that can cause cancer and other issues. This chance is still there until the lungs are fully cleansed, which is why a lung detoxification can greatly reduce the chances of these lingering toxins doing you further damage.

We do highly recommend that you get a full scan and check-up of your lung and throat to make sure you have not already contracted anything; the chances at this stage might be low but it is better to check and also take action than to simply wait and hope.

In regards to the burping, we highly doubt that has anything to do with the lungs or your smoking. This would be caused by something in your gastrointestinal tract which is beyond the scope of our lung detox program - though detoxification of the lungs and body will help that to some degree. It is best that you speak to a doctor about this issue separately.

i have been smoking pot and cigs for 30 years my lungs hurt they feel like there stuck together. i have an appointment with a plumnary Dr. on the 20 of this month.  will this stuff help me?

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
June 9th, 2011 - 02:31

Hi Sherry,

This program is designed exactly for people like yourself. Your doctor will probably tell you that that smoking has damaged your lungs considerably and that you should quit and try to enact a more healthy lifestyle. We agree, but will go into much more depth than that because quitting is just the start of the healing process.

This program will be able to remove much of that tar quickly that makes it feel so uncomfortable, it will not be able to repair some damaged parts of the lungs (no one can), but it will remove other obstructions and get rid of the poisons that reside inside the lungs fast.

We are certain this will aid you greatly, and if you are worried, please feel free to purchase this guide and show your doctor to get his recommendation on its usefulness within the return period as we are sure that most medical professionals will agree with what we have written, it might even surprise some!

July 22nd, 2011 - 20:47

Hi Eddie,

Sorry for the late reply. At the moment we do not sell the books separately. They were created in different books so you could read each one separately of the different aspects of lung detoxification; however the books are also quite linked and are not really stand alone. We believe that all the books are good for people to read even if you have quit smoking as we have a lot of information about nicotine addiction and how to avoid relapse as well.

This is a holistic program that tackles multiple aspects. When combined together the net effects is much greater than the sum of its part.

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
July 26th, 2011 - 04:04

Hi Tiffany,

An interstitial lung disease is one that occurs outside the main areas of the lungs, along the very edge if you will. This program is more aimed at lung conditions caused by blockages and internal toxins. While following this program might help them with their lung health in general, we cannot say it will help them with this lung disease.

After 30 years i have now not smoked for about 3 months. The substitute i have used is an E-ciggarette. The only chemical is nicotine. The rest of the experience is water vapor. Will nicotine alone cause further damage?

I have experienced a ten fold increase in phlegm. While i did not have smokers cough when i smoked, after quitting, i do. And this has not abated after 3 months. Thoughts?

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
August 2nd, 2011 - 02:41

Hi Billy,

E-cigarettes are not too bad a way to quit smoking. You want to get rid of all the nicotine eventually though so you will need to wean yourself off them as well. The nicotine however is not the major problem in terms of lung health, the tar and toxins in cigarettes are so you are on the way to recovery.

Phlegm and coughing are very common after quitting smoking and are a sign that your body is trying to expel all that tar and gunk in your lungs. If this has gone on for some time I would recommend doing a lung cleanse to speed this process up. Once you have cleared out most of the tar the coughing should abate.

Hi ,my father is 70 years old and has been a smoker since the age of 14 ,he quit 5 years ago,and wanted to know if this detox system involves exercise or breathing techniques  and ,if yes ,how much time a day does this take.

He hasn't stopped coughing for the last 3 month ,he had congestion 5 month ago.He doesn't have emphysema as per his doctor but hasn't stopped coughing lately,he blames it on a/c being too cold.

Would you consider this detox to be relatively easy to perform, would it help with my dad's condition, thanks in advance for your answer.

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
August 13th, 2011 - 06:54

Hi Diego,

Your father’s age may make some of the exercising a little difficult but certainly this is not the be all and end all of the program. The vitamins and dietary changes among others are all important. I would say your father would get a lot out of this program  but should be careful with the exercises and check with his doctor about anything he is unsure of anything in the guide.

The exercises should only take half an hour to an hour or so a day I would say, it would depend on what he can manage.

Hi Muhammad,

You can purchase the vitamins online and we link you to some good and cheap places to buy these items. These should not be that much for you to get. The rest of the items are common enough for you to be able to get in your usual grocery shopping.

As for the cost, the amount of money you will save on not buying cigarettes will pay this off very quickly. Download the free reports from the link at the top of the page perhaps to get you started.

I am really trying to stop because I currently have a lung infection not to mention I've been having breathing problems for the past few years now. Hi John,

Quitting smoking and taking action has already put you on the path to recovery. However there will be a lot of stuff in your lungs from those years of smoking that will take a long time to clear. Our guide will definitely help you continue this process and speed it up a lot faster. Once you get rid of all that crap in your lungs it will also greatly aid in clearing up infections and will stop them coming back as well.

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
August 24th, 2011 - 05:38

Hi Ken,

After 12 years your body will have done a lot to naturally cleanse the lungs of tar and toxins - but each person is different and some bodies will take longer than others to recover. Your diet and exercise during this period will also have an impact on the speed of recovery.

Without knowing more about your condition I could not say if our guide will solve many problems, but I do believe it will help certainly. If your breathing and stamina are caused by emphysema however we cannot help as this is a permanent damage of the lungs that not amount of cleaning and detoxification can help. For blockages, removing harmful chemicals, and purging tar that is stiffening your lungs by seeping into the tissue - we can do something about that.

Hi,

One of my friend wishes to quit. He has started with lots of water intake and fresh food intake and a walk. However, before directly getting lung detoxification done, is it requried to take him to rehabilitation center and first help him quit smoking completely ?

What's the ideal and most appropriate step-wise procedure to be followed?

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
September 16th, 2011 - 04:34

Hi Chandni,

It is best to quit smoking before engaging in a full lung detox. Detoxing can help you quit as well but smoking cessation needs to be done beforehand or at the very least in the early stages of the detox.

Imagine your lungs as a bath and when you turn the tap on it is like you are smoking and filling your lungs with tar and poisons. Detoxing is like taking a bucket and emptying that bath - but if you never turn the tap off you will never empty it! Your friend needs to quit.

I have been smoking for 3 1/2 years I am 18 now. I was wondering if smoking is really a good idea, cause without my nictine im a total bitch ! I can't help it and I sure don't mean it. I know it can help you live longer and all but, really you have to die somehow, I don't want cancer, that's the only reason I want to quit. Please someone help me... I might get nicitene patches, I hope they work just as good as cigs.

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
November 12th, 2011 - 17:00

Hi Emily,

Smoking is NOT a good idea. Nicotine patches can help you wean yourself off cigarettes and might be a good idea to look into.

Nicotine withdrawal may make your moods erratic and hard to deal with also - but this does not last that long. Once you cleanse your body of nicotine AND as much tar and gunk from your lungs your body will not get these cravings and will return to a stable level with more stable moods.

If you do not cleanse your lungs then the risk of cancer is increased, and it can continue to leave residual nicotine in your system so it is a good idea of do a lung detox as well as quit smoking.

I believe nearly everything we recommend should be findable in India. There might eb a few things that could be hard to find locally - but you should be able to get them online anyway and sent to you. I do not believe your location will be a problem.

If it is such an issue you cannot complete the detox, we are mroe than happy to give you a refund as we want to see results not just sales :)

Hi Rachel,

There is no throwing up in this detox at all. The tar is n your lungs not your stomach! There is nothing as harsh as that in our guide, though you might cough up some tar from time to time but not regurgitating from the stomach no.

Good job guys!!! I look at my children on a daily basis and worry that I wont be around to see them grow up because of my selfish decision and have been attempting to quit for quite a while....low and behold enter tonsilitis (painful but perhaps meant to be) I stopped smoking because of the pain and by day 5 thought I may as well keep not smoking there has been a few weak moments especially when having a drink with friends but I have still managed to say no!! Anyway sorry to ramble but I am not very old 26 to be precise and I started smoking at 14 is this something that will benefit me keeping in mind that during that 12 yrs I have not been a higely committed smoker and have given up for more than 18 months while pregnant and just after having my two children. P.s It says that your 39.95 is about the cost of a few packs of ciggarettes just to help you guys now a pack of ciggarettes in Australia in a 40 pack is 23.00 so its almost 50.00 for 2 packs of ciggarettes

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
January 10th, 2012 - 15:19

Thanks Alicia,

Thanks for the update on cigarette prices, not only is it bad for your health but bad for your wealth as well it seems!

I believe the guide can definitely help you even if you have not been a heavy smoker. Your lungs might not be as bad as the ones we picture as that is form a very heavy smoker, but even light continual smoking will cause damage to your lungs and the poisons and toxins in the cigarettes will still be in your body causing problems long into the future.

Detoxing your lungs and body is still the best thing you can do to purge all of that and get your body back to a healthy state for you and your children.

I have been smoking for 11 years now and guess what? im only 25... Ive noticed over the last like 2 years that breathing has become a small issue after going up a flight of stairs and at 25 that is RIDICULOUS. im physically fit and am very energetic but my lungs dont keep up with me all the time. I also over the past 4 years have noticed a slight cough that comes and goes... i was also a heavy MJ smoker for about 3 years back around 2003...

I worry that my lungs are black although my trust in God's healing keeps me content. I worry that i will face cancer in the future if i dont stop this year. I have been wanting to stop for going on 2 years now yet i just cant... i have other factors that cause to smoke other than the addiction itself like: an overwhelming emotion, alcohol(being drunk), occasional druge use(other than MJ), and other various reasons...

I would love to clean out my lungs and quit smoking but i did also want to mention that smoking is a big thing in my family... I would have to say 50% of my family smokes... thats a BIG percentage... my mom did, dad did, sister(s) did, brother does, aunt does, cousin does, etc.......... along with alcohol and drug problems... all this seems to run in my family and several deaths have been caused to these addictions... im VERY worried about my family and myself.....

but personally you just sound like another company or group of people out for financial gain backed up by the same stuff that company X over there and company B over here speak about.......

PEOPLE::: best things to do? QUIT SMOKING... ask GOD for help... exercise, diet & nutrition... not buy pamplets and books and DVDs, etc... open the bible... start a prayer... pray for me... ill pray for you... :) God bless. and if this company really is worthy then Thank You and I hope you have a grand effect on millions of lives

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
January 27th, 2012 - 19:30

Hi Shawn,

Thank you for sharing your experiences with smoking, I am sure it will echo what many other young men and women are experiencing with their lungs, even though you and they are in the prime of life.

The root causes of addiction are also almost universally the same and more down to psychological reasons than the physical ones such as nicotine; though they both make an impact. We talk about this in the guide as it may help with any other issues you have quitting substances or addictive behaviours.

To clarify though, we are not a company in the sense of the word you might think. We are self published authors who spend a lot of time answering questions by email, promoting this site and keeping it running which is in part what the cost of our guide pays for.

Just as important to us is that we are making a difference in the lives of other through better lung health and we love nothing better than hearing of people’s success. Quitting smoking is indeed the crux of it to begin with, but our natural healing abilities can always be enhanced by further understanding of our bodies which is what we provide.

We wish you all the best Shawn :)

Social pressure is one of the biggest reasons some people continue to smoke. IT can be a very difficult thing to deal with Jake. We covered some of the idea of social pressures when quitting smoking on our blog some times ago in fact.

A few things to consider is about how you quit and how you announce quitting also. Some smokers will with you all the best and help you quit as they want to too, some will think you are leaving them or casting judgement on them so it is important to make sure you are informing people this is quitting for your own health and it is your choice and does not reflect on them in any way.

You need to control your situation though and make sure you know when the smoking triggers will hit you - is it at the pub with other guys smoking? Is it at home? Is it in the car? Knowing when the cravings his is essential to being prepared to fight the cravings and social situations is one of them

Hi Nicole,

The bulk of the guide is about detoxification of the lungs, we include a section on quitting smoking for those still struggling to quit, but also for those who have quit and need some help in STAYING quit. The rest is about naturally supercharging the detox process for your body and your lungs. So after 10 years of smoking, this guide will definitely be able to clean up your lungs faster than your body could on it's own and will improve your overall health as well!

Does this detox program also cleanse the rest of your body?

Mark Freeman Lung Detoxification Co-Author
March 3rd, 2012 - 18:12

Hi Clarie,

The detox is something that will cleanse the whole body as well as the lungs. Part of a lung detox is being able to cleanse your body to get rid of many toxins in the bloodstream as well.

We pay particular attention to the lungs in the program of course but it will aid in detoxification of your whole body - but is not as intense as other detox programs that focus on your digestive systems and so forth.

Hi, after reading some of the above, I dare to say it, but feel this may be a good program for me. Here's my story......

I've been smoking heavily since i was 15, I smoke without filters also which is even worse I know, although on occasions I have cut down, and I do try to stay fit. So I wake up wheezy in the mornings these days, my lungs feel full(ish) and if i go for a run, then and not smoke a few days, I feel a lot better, but the return to smoking again. Recently I have gone to see someone about this, and I am now determined to quit and do things in my life without running out of air all the time. I  do feel I have done bad to my body, but my mind keeps telling me stop now, and train - cardiovasular work outs, boxing etc. I am a very paranoid person when things relate to my health. Recently I done a work out with a personal instructor, and run out of breath quickly, the instructor said to me as I am heavy smoker, to quit as my lungs are not pushing out enough oxygen to get to my organs, thats why I got dizziness, and headache. So NOW I have decided to quit smoking for good, I am looking for some help to recover some if not all of my lung capacity.

Here is my question, i have been tricked into buying ebooks before, and seen some of the terrible ebooks that clinkbank has to offer, but yours seems pretty good from what I can see, so will this program help me detoxify my lungs quicker than it would normally take someone who doesn't use this program and doesn't train/carido etc?

Hi Kie,

Self publishing on the web does indeed have mixed results in regards to quality and it is hard to determine til you buy which is why we offer our money back guarantee so you can be assured of no risk for bad quality. We have a very low refund rate though.

Will this help you? Yes, of course. If you are committed to a good exercise regime that is a fantastic start, but you will get more out of your exercise, and your exercise will help your health more if you follow the other parts of a holistic lung detox as we prescribe in our guide.

It will speed the entire process up, however if you have been smoking for a long time there is some lung damage no one can repair - your lungs will have some irreparable damage. However, it will still help you recover your lungs abilities to the maximum you can get them to which will go a long way to reducing the burden on your body and cleansing the toxins from your lungs.

Hi there,

While this guide is aimed more at smokers, the detox section of the guide will help with many conditions where foreign toxins and particles have infiltrated your lungs. We have not specifically researched this condition but, if it is caused by particles that are irritating and inflaming the lungs then part of our guide will be helpful yes.

I have been smoking now for about 10 years.  I would not call myself a heavy smoker and I have gone many months without smoking when I was pregnant.  Some days I can have one or 2 a day and other days 20.  Can alternating like this mess up your lungs more?  I heard that your lungs intantly start repairing themselves and then you have one again?  I ask because recently I had a lung scan and the doctor said I had very black lungs! She said wow you are a heavy smoker... which im not.  I was so suprised.  She said she has seen many scans and my lungs def show signs of a heavy smoker?  Can some lungs keep in more tar than others?  This doctor has scared me  now and im ready to kick this habit for good!

Hi Nathalie,

Everyone is different, sometimes a moderate smoker can end up with much worse looking lungs than a heavy smokers. Our immune systems and lung health vary from person to person genetically, and also from the situational factors each person is in.

In the end, you cannot change what has happened - the only thing you can do now is plan for the future and act TODAY. Your doctor has found a terrible thing but it is very hard to say why your lungs might be worse than others.

Glad to see you are motivated now though - sometimes we need a shock to our senses to get us moving - your challenge is to now continue that momentum going forward!

Hello William, I have finally been able to quit using your method. I have been off the smokes for around 11 days now and starting to feel great. All of the stuff you said like food tasteing better and so on is really true. One thing I did notice is that I am not coughing up as much stuff as I thought I would. I guess when I start the detox part it will get better.

Hi Clarie,

Fantastic! Glad to hear you are feeling that difference already. You might get some tar and muck being coughed up during the detox phase but everyone is different - some people cough up more than others, and it also depends on how long and how heavy a smoker you were.

In any case, do not worry about it as your body is just ejecting this horrible stuff and cleansing your body faster.

Good luck! Feel free to let us know how you are going with the detox! :)

Bro im a kiwi and i started to smoke when i was a kid im 46 now and have four girls

I started to smoke because I just wanted to belong to the bunch of cool kids now those kids have passed on because of heart attacks or othier lung related diseases .

I gave up 16 years ago but feel the damage has been done already plus being in a house fire and having asthma does not help.

Do you think this would help me i just want to be here for my moko's(grandchildren)

Hi Toby,

After 16 years it is likely your body has done a great deal of healing and cleansing as long as you have lead a decently healthy lifestyle.

There is always more you can do to protect yourself from any lingering toxins and poisons that might be trapped in your lungs of course, but we cannot repair some damage done, and the guide will certainly not help you as much as someone who has recently quit smoking of course.

Hey mark,

I've probably smoked 50 ciggarettes in my life time and was wondering if lung cleansing would be neccesary. I have quit them for good now. I'm only 15 so would this affect the healing process? Like I said, Ive only smoked about 2 packs, so would there even be any damage?

Thanks, Ryan.

Hi Ryan,

Every cigarette you smoke will cause some small damage to your lungs. That being said, you are young and you have only smoked a very small amount so I would not think you are in any trouble.

Just make sure not to smoke ANY more ok!

Hi Garry,

COPD is a combination of a bunch of lung conditions including emphysema. We can help with bronchitis, we can help to unclog your lungs, we can help to cleanse them of nasty toxins and chemicals that can cause infections. What we cannot do is fix emphysema. This is a permanent destruction of part of your lungs and we stress we are not saying we can fix this.

However, if you cleanse your lungs as much as you can it will still get your lungs to work better than before even if it does not get to 100%, we can still help to get it as clean and healthy as it is possible to be.

So yes, it will help - but there are some things we cannot do as this would be like regrowing a limb - not physically possible. You would need a full lung transplant for that. Hopefully after a lung detox you will be breathing easy enough not to go to that extreme though.

Hi Harold,

While marijuana does not have the same negative effects on your lungs as cigarettes do, it still does cause damage to the lungs and can leave it filled with many toxins and unpleasant things.

A lung cleanse would definitely help to remove as much of that stuff as possible which can help to eliminate bad smells, though the health of your mouth and oral cavities can also be a leading cause of bad breath as well. Look into both to fix this issue.

Hello Mr. Mark, I first would like to say thank you for taking your time to do this for all of us. You have provided us with very helpful information, thank you very much. I have some questions to ask you, if you could please get back to me that would be much appreciated. So how long do you have to smoke to become a heavy smoker, medium smoker etc... Does smoking for 5 years off and on make you a heavy smoker? Is hookah considered to be very bad? How about Marijuana, is that bad? My mother use's marijuana due to her medical condition, she has glaucoma, does that mean the smoke is killing her body or helping her? Please get back to me when you can Mr. Mark. Thank you!

Hi Nebyou,

1. Heavy can be how long you smoked, or how many you smoke in a period of time regularly. So someone who smokes for 5 years but only lightly I would not count as a heavy smoker. But someone who smokes a pack a day for a few years would be. There is not exact definition.

2. Hookah smoking is different to cigarettes in some ways but has been proven to be very harmful for the lungs still. Less tar, but just as many of not more chemicals and cancer causing pathogens.

3. Marijuana is often less dangerous than cigarettes but can still cause problems with the lungs in many smokers, It does not usually contain as many chemicals though so it is not considered as dangerous to lung health but it is not helping her lungs either.

I hope that helps!

P.S. - Remember that every day you fail to do something about your smokers lungs the chances of serious complications increase but you CAN do something about this today!

P.P.S. - Remember that $39.95 is about the cost of just a few packs of cigarettes. Is the chance to be free of smoking and have lungs like they were before you started smoking worth that much?
